Batchelor Advisory Group is a consulting practice founded by Mariellen and Steve Batchelor, built on nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in workforce development, community-facing services and organizational operations. We help the people inside your organization build practical, lasting solutions, not just a diagnostic report that sits on a shelf.

Mariellen Batchelor, Co-Founder

Mariellen brings a creative spark most consultants simply don’t offer, built through a career designing and delivering training at scale for demanding, high-performance environments.
Developed curriculum for thousands of learners, including work with Disney Education and Blue Man Group
Led new program launches and expansion for regional theatres across Florida and Georgia
Manages a portfolio of 30+ client accounts with 100% satisfaction
Holds a Master of Arts in Theatre Education
She approaches every engagement with a storyteller’s instinct and a director’s eye, pushing teams to think outside the box and grow past what they thought possible.
Steve Batchelor, Co-Founder

Steve has spent more than 20 years building the operational infrastructure behind programs designed not just to launch, but to endure.
Currently leading the development of a large-scale, multi-state resource and partnership network in a corporate services role, spanning 7+ networks and states.
Launched 9 new programs in a single year and secured $1.4 million in new funding within 12 months at Goodwill Industries of Central Florida
Led statewide operations for a team of 40–60 professionals at Children’s Home Society of Florida, building outcome systems aligned with COA accreditation
Founded his own nonprofit at age 17
Holds Master’s degrees in Organizational Psychology and Nonprofit Management and Leadership
Steve brings an energy to strategic planning that pushes teams past the obvious answer, finding the creative, scalable path forward.
Kiley Batchelor, Administrative Assistant - She/ Her
Kiley brings the same drive and leadership to Batchelor Advisory Group that has already defined her academic and extracurricular career.
State champion rower and team leader.
Lead Apprentice and Assistant Director for numerous productions at Orlando Family Stage and Resurrection Players over the past 3 years.
Youth Ambassador at the Central Florida Zoo for 2 years.
Class President throughout middle school; led all field trip planning.
Full-time dual enrollment at Seminole State College as a high school sophomore, pursuing a dual major in Animal Sciences and Marketing on her path to becoming a wildlife veterinarian.
Her ability to lead teams, manage complex logistics, and perform under pressure, whether on the water, on stage, or in the classroom, brings a fresh energy and next-generation perspective to Batchelor Advisory Group.
